Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened trading card packs or sealed products that have been tampered with
• Digital downloads or redeemed codes
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@stormsharks.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
